Whatever we're up to - be it a collaboration, a pop-up or residency, exhibition, or just a knees-up, we'll announce it right here!

After two and a half years of burger filled adventures, we're winding down operations at The Royal Oak and also at The Social. We've had a blast and learned a heck of a lot about what it takes to design delicious dishes, work with amazing suppliers, devise menus, run kitchens and so much more.

But before we hang up our burger flippers, we're gonna have a party at The Royal Oak on Saturday December 17th with DJs Diddy Wah and Dean Chalkley joining main man, Burgerac, behind the decks. For early birds there'll be picklebacks and sliders – and for all comers there'll be a chance to enter a raffle to win awesome Burgerac's Burgershack prizes.

It's a party and you're all invited! Come and help us celebrate all we've achieved since we opened in 2014!

Our DJ schedule at The Royal Oak for the rest of the year (ie party season) is complete and looking GOOD! We've got the likes of Be With Records, Heavenly Jukebox DJs, Jack Sellen from The Flying Mojito Brothers / Salad Sound System, Cutmaster Max, Steve Proud, The Diggers, Eastern Front Soundsystem, In Light Of Aquarius and more spinning vinyl every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. If you're a fan of what we do here, please do put Saturday 17th December in your diary as we'll be having a Burgerac's Burgershack wrap party as from January 2017, we'll no longer be in residence at The Royal Oak. Get your B's B food fix in while you can!

Thursday 29 September at The Social

Less of a private view, more of a free party - to which you're all invited!
To further celebrate illustrator Rob Flowers' solo show of Burgerac's Burgershack-themed work currently on the walls of The Social, we're having a party at which we'll launch some super-limited collaborative products including a two-colour back-printed T-shirt and three mint enamel pin badges. Read more on the blog here.

Punch the monday blues in its stupid face - with our 20% off all food on Mondays at The Social. All you need to avail of this frankly awesome every-Monday offer is to sign up (it's free) to membership at The Social. You can do that online or simply at the bar when you come in. Did I mention that being a member of The Social will get you cheaper drinks too? I know. Total madness. Here's to Happy Mondays!

Welcome To Burgershackland Rob Flowers 2.jpg

An exhibition by Rob Flowers at The Social
1 September - 1 November

Welcome To Burgershackland is a solo show of work by Rob Flowers created for the Burgerac's Burgershack brand. You'll find Burgerac himself depicted as a cap-wearing, cheering glove-toting cartoon burger dude – and a host of other illustrated characters including a zen-like smoke shack producing puffs of happy smoke, a hooded wizard conjuring burger magic, and a cape-wearing burger fiend.

As well as art on the walls, the exhibition will feature secret menu items (for those in the know) and we're working with Rob to produce a series of limited edition, high quality items of burger ephemera including iron-on embroidered patches and T-shirts. First on the list is a set of three awesome enamel pin badges. Stay tuned!

Tuesday 13 September at The Social

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of his seminal album Better Living Through Chemistry, the one and only Fatboy Slim will be playing the album in full at The Social with added bonus fun with support from Skint label founder Damian Harris, aka Midfield General. The event sold out pretty much as soon as it was announced BUT in case anyone drops out there's a waiting list you can request to be on. In order to NOT miss out on precisely this kind of totally awesome shit that regularly goes down at The Social - follow them on @thesociallondon and sign up to their mailing list (and become a member) here. Shut up, do it.
